Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@ferdybath.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Before placing your order, please make every effort to confirm that you have selected a model that fits your bathroom space, in terms of dimensions and drain requirements. If an exchange is needed, we are here to assist. An exchange must be requested and authorized by FerdY Bath within 30 days of receiving your tub. The returned tub must be in its original packaging, in a new and sellable condition. Please note that the cost of transportation to return the original tub and to receive the new tub shall be borne by the customer. Any price difference between the new and original tub will be adjusted accordingly as a credit or charge.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
