Shipping Method

All orders are shipped from our US-based warehouses via freight services. The shipping service includes delivery to your doorstep. However, moving into your home and installation is not included.

Order processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days.

Orders cannot be processed on weekends or holidays.

Should there be a delay in processing your order for any reason you will be informed via email.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Shipments are usually confirmed the following business day. Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking information.

Delivery Estimates

Deliveries are usually made within 3 to 5 business days after the order is processed. Deliveries to more remote locations could take longer. Shipments can be tracked online and real-time.

Shipments to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO Addresses or International

We are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Currently, we are unable to deliver to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Internationally.
